New Skool Rules is an international urban music festival and conference in Rotterdam. It's 3 days filled with seminars, concerts, an exchange programme, after-parties, speed-dating sessions and more! The goal of the festival is to connect urban music professionals from around the world and to offer opportunities for artists to grow their network and exchange ideas and artistic concepts.
