As a woman, Mother and daughter of the African continent, I carry my roots, femininity, and spirituality in everything I. I believe in the power of culture, celebrating what nourishes us, and letting go of what no longer serves us. My motherhood has shown me the true meaning of love, connection, and patience. Embracing my identity as Black woman, I aim to be a light of wisdom and resilience, inspiring others to create art, move our bodies, use our voices and share our culture. Spirituality is woven into my daily life, through music movement, and connection with others, reminding me that we are all of a greater whole.
